Reporting Format

Well, this should be self-explanitory, but i'm gunna cover it anyways. I know if your mad at a player you want to rage, but getting a report saying "omg he xlogged ban plz" ain't gunna fly. Please use this format.

Any evidence(Not meaning a friend saw it):


The reason I don't accept the whole "Ask "so and so" He saw it!" is because I know alot of friends cover for people that way. So please provide some sort of proof of the offense.
